A challenge inspired by an image I tirelessly pursued permission to use in an editorial. (Unfortunately for me the restaurant is so popular it had no phone… making reaching them challenging) The approval for use came through only minutes after the editor locked down the magazine! Heartbreaking.
Fortunately, I have never forgotten Alinea’s amazing desserts and during the lock down I thought it could be a fun and very entertaining challenge for the Rothesay Pavilion’s creative activities page.
